What is the Flash Energy Storage System?

The Flash Energy Storage System (FESS) is the power electronics portion of the Software-Defined Electricity Technology which performs the corrective actions required for Real-Time correction/synchronization of electricity.

It is a transistor based injection/consumption system with a source of inductance and a source of capacitance. Inside each VectorQ power controller is a DC busbar that is directly charged, and the FESS is what allows the precision delivery of in the moment inductance or capacitance required at the stroke of each microsecond of electricity flow to ensure and maintain ideal balance and synchronization.
